Ella runs Tenshi Grants, is a director of several other companies and provides consultancy for the games industry specialising in finance, growth strategy and production. She was originally a programmer and started her first games company, Remode, straight from university. Since then she has founded two other games startups and provides consultancy for development studios, investors and education organisations. Ella is a board member of UKIE (UK trade body) where she also runs the developer sub group, sits on the Creative Skillset Games Council and has a First Class BSc (Hons) in Digital Art & Technology. She is a regular speaker at games conferences, writes for various games press websites, was named one of the ‘Top 30 Under 30’ by Develop magazine, was a finalist in TIGA Awards Leadership category and has twice been listed in MCV’s UK Top 100 Women in Games.
